1. Purpose of Biz Kidz USA

Biz Kidz USA is a nonprofit youth entrepreneurship program designed to educate, empower, and support young entrepreneurs through workshops, markets, mentoring programs, field trips, training materials, and community events. Participation is voluntary, and all activities are designed for educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility for Participation

Biz Kidz USA programs are generally open to youth ages 7–17, unless otherwise specified for a particular event or activity.

Parents or legal guardians enrolling minors represent and warrant that:

• They are authorized to enroll the minor.

• They consent to the minor’s participation.

• They accept full responsibility for the minor’s conduct and compliance with these Terms.

Adults participating in partner programs, markets, or events must also adhere to these Terms.

All content on BizKidzUSA.com and its related platforms—including text, graphics, logos, training materials, videos, worksheets, curriculum content, and event descriptions—is the property of Biz Kidz USA or licensed to us.

Certain events and materials may require registration fees, table fees, or purchases. All payments made through our website or payment partners must be valid and authorized.

4.3 Refund Policy

• Missed events cannot be credited or transferred.

Biz Kidz USA reserves the right to remove any participant from an event or program for conduct violations, without refund.

6. Media, Photography & Testimonials

By participating in Biz Kidz USA programs or attending events, you grant Biz Kidz USA permission to use images, videos, or testimonials of you or your minor child for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes across digital and print media.

To opt out of media usage, you must notify us in writing prior to an event or upon enrollment.

7. SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions (SMS Opt-In)

By providing your mobile number during registration, online checkout, event enrollment, or general inquiry, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Biz Kidz USA. These messages may include:

• Schedule updates

7.1 Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your participation level and events you are registered for. Typical message frequency ranges from 1–8 messages per month.
